The appointment was cancelled when I arrived and after waiting for 30 minutes had to leave without seeing anyone! Complete waste of my time!

Everything about the Basildon branch needs to be improved. Time keeping of staff and waiting times are terrible. Staff can be rude and completely un bothered about customer care. However the optometrist I saw was very nice.
